The Indian Journal of Engineering, Management and Sciences is an open-access journal aims to publish original research articles and review articles encompassing the domains covering engineering, management and science. Many researchers find it difficult to publish their papers, concepts and finding, this online journal is the stage for all those covering a wide spectrum of domain. The scope of the journal targets towards dissemination of state-of-the-art information, knowledge and advancement in the wide realm of GEMS. Though Engineering and Management are sub branches of science, bigger umbrella of sciences covers all domains. However, there are some significant characteristics pertaining to Engineering and management, as both are having primary emphasis on applied thinking. Even if sub branches are considered there is always scope for cross disciplinary requirements amongst sub branches. disciplines of Engineering both in circuit and non-circuit branches such as Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Civil to name a few and added with Physics, Chemistry from pure science branches. Interdisciplinary research is order of the day. Keeping these points in mind this journal is proposed with multiple domains.

Broad spectrum spreading across Interdisciplinary domains itself is the major strength of the journal. The double folded blind review process will enable towards the survival of strong content.

Though we have listed few popular areas of for the purpose of understanding, papers need not be restricted to these domains. By virtue of introduction new domain this journal would help many researchers to have prospective career.
